Hacienda del Comendador is a residential development located on the road to San Miguel Dueñas. It´s ideal location and topography gives you privileged views of the all volcanoes, Agua, Fuego y Acatenango.

A colonial Hacienda style gate will provide security and a Chapel is available for weddings, baptisms or religious ceremonies. Parking space for 15 vehicles is also available for visitors.

Phase 1 has 90 building lots in an area of 8.5 acres. All building lots vary on size but the standard lot has 10 x 20 meters. The largest lots have an area of 500 square varas and are located in strategic places.

Property owners of phase 1 will have access to Casa del Comendador. This club house is surrounded by gardens, fountains, plazas and sport areas. The building has bathrooms, storage and service areas for parties. Sport areas include a mini soccer field and a basketball court.

Hacienda del Comendador has certain rules regarding construction design and size of the homes. All homes will have a colonial design.
